If your website has its own domain (for example yourbusiness.co.uk), you can give out addresses like [email protected]. Emails sent to them arrive in the inbox you already use — Gmail, Outlook or any other.
Setting it up
- Open Email addresses in your panel (Business plan).
- Type the first part of the address (for example info or bookings) and the inbox it should go to.
- Click Add. It usually works within 30 minutes.
For some domains we email the inbox a confirmation link the first time — click it once, and forwarding starts.
Good to know
- Up to 5 addresses.
- This forwards mail you receive. Replies come from your normal email address.
- Your website address with a sites.needasite.co.uk ending cannot have email addresses — connect your own domain first.
