You can cancel any time in your panel under Billing. No more payments are taken.
What happens
- Your website stays live until the end of the month you have paid for. You can undo the cancellation until then.
- After that it goes offline. We keep everything safe for 180 days: you can still log in, download a backup (your pages, photos and bookings as spreadsheets) or reactivate.
- Reactivating has no new setup fee — your site comes back exactly as it was.
- After 180 days your website, photos, data and login are permanently deleted. We email you 30 and 7 days before.
Refunds
If you are not happy, tell us within 14 days of ordering and we refund your setup fee and first month, as long as your site hasn’t gone live on your own domain. Monthly fees aren’t refunded for part months, and domains can’t be refunded once registered. See our terms for the details.
